[etree] Where does one upload and download shns and flac's.

Dear etree,  
 
Where is the best place to upload and download full shns and flac's for shows. I know there are a few like archive.org and further but does db.etree offer a good service. I am new to this and when I download shns they seem to be empty(or missing) I just cant seem to get the shn files decompressed.  I have downloaded the etree software like Mkwact and traders lil helper for my windows xp but it seems I am at a loss for specifically how to use or run it. I am extremely Deadicated and any help to the new guy would be greatly appreciated! The help sites are great for an overview for me, but apparently I need more intensive training. Thanks again. Dave
