[etree] HELP, PLEASE!

I have download SmartFTP but I just can't figure out how to download music from etree.org. Any information you can give me as to how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I have read all the 'help information' at the page  and I'm still without a clue as to how to download music.
