Lets look at one:
http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-details-db.php?id=25423

Under "This Show", you'll see

"FTP information" (click link)
http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-download-options.php?mode=ftp&collectionid=dnf03-02-22.flac16&id=25423

You can put this line in IE for a direct download:
ftp://audio44.archive.org/1/audio/dnf03-02-22.flac16

or log in to audio44.archive.org using your username and password (or anonymous)
Then find you way to /1/audio/dnf03-02-22.flac16 and download the files.

You can set IE to use a folder view then you can select all (ctrl-A) then copy
(crtl-C) and then paste (crtl-V) them to a local folder. If you have the file
view, you can right-click them ans select "save as". In an FTP client, you can
queue them all up and some will resume in case of an error.

Don't be a pig and only download one file at a time! ;-)
