[Bt-discuss] bt.etree.org accuracy issues, list archive, GMANE

First, I was hoping someone could tell me why the ul rate, dl rate, and
time connected columns in the peer list on bt.etree.org were not
behaving well.

Second, the list archive is unavailable (which is why I was forced to
ask a question that has undoubtedly been asked and answered many times
before).

Third, does anyone object to me adding the list at gmane.org?
